I am allergic to an ingredient, what should I do?
If you are allergic to an ingredient in a specific product on our site, please email us prior to placing your order. We may be able to work on a custom product for you. We are not responsible for any skin allergies. You are required to read the ingredient list before ordering.
Do you offer wholesale?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer wholesale.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, we will do our very best to try and compensate you. You are required to report any damages to your package within 3-5 business days of delivery. Please email us at Sacredrootsherbalco@gmail.com with "DAMAGED ORDER' as the subject line.
We will need a clear picture of the products damaged, a screenshot of your online receipt, and detail the damage.
We will do our best to replace each damaged product with the same scent, variant, and size. You may be offered a similar product if the exact product is not in stock.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we do, We ship worldwide and shipping cost for all orders is based on USPS rates at the time of checkout.
